Re: Kobalt tools
Speaking of craftsman tools I needed a T45 torx but went to ace less than mile from my house wanted 8$ for one nope drove another 3 miles to home depot 1.98. My point being if Lowe's charges prices like that for craftsman tools their backing up. I buy a ton of stuff at Harbor Freight some good some ...

Re: honing damper for slip fit
Yea I've seen on the old chevys with no bolt people try to weld them to the end of the crank usually w\o success for too long.If they do hold you will say several choice words trying to get them off.

Re: Circle track cam question
I am no cam expert but I do pretty good picking cams for my engines but that whole grind looks strange for a circle track engine.

Re: Has anyone tried/seen reversed carb
We turn our 600 singleline Holley's around backwards on our circle track cars. The reason for this because they are a side hung float bowl the cars enter the corners so hard the needle and seat can not control the fuel and fuel comes out the vents causing a stumble off the corner .Turn it around and ...

Re: Mechanical cooling fan power consumption
On my sons circle track car we went to a 2 blade fan after we went to e85 I know it picked up some power how much I do not know .It races at 200 degrees on the hot nites. I think it pulls as much air or more than the 4 blade fan we were using.
