No there different, valve angle is 23 degrees rocker stud is real close to 11.5 just not sure what Chevrolet drawings say?

Does any one Know the factory published angle for the rocker stud in relation to the deck surface?
I believe its 11.5 but not 100% sure.

Do you have to use a deck plate when honing the 5.9 ?,or if not using one, should I add additional clearance beyond the recommended amount?

one of the piston oilers was plugged and the piston and cylinder wall got scored up pretty good

Check to make sure the thrust surface on the crank is 90 degrees from the bearing surface if it is touching at the top first where the oil enters no amount of polishing or fancy oil slots will help. Its nice if you can have a slight angle or clearance ( where the oil enters the thrust surface) to he...

If you do the procedure I told you, you can be running in 2 hours with a perfect run-out. This is good advise, we have spindles in our shop that on occasion need the bearings replaced after we replace the bearings I mount the spindle in the mill, spin slow with a drive motor mount a small grinding ...

Sunnen has a part # ck252a for the timing belt ,does any body know what that crosses over to so I could just order it from our local bearing house?
