Looks like special grind cam from comp cams top numbers are lobe numbers hr is hyd roller on112 c/l the a number should tell you from comp who they made the cam for

Looking at pictures of the flywheel and damper both show external weight on the damper and 4 large holes on the flywheel,, Like when you balance a flywheel to convert to a external balance flywheel,, drill opposite of where you need the weight,, I'm thinking that there's not enough counter weigh on ...

Did it with air cooled vw's in the 70's with dean lowery, gained 3 hp on his dyno and a lot of noise with quiet exhaust , Race pistons have centered pins and you get piston slap but you don't hear it with open headers with stock exhaust if you put more clearance on the bore then the piston manufactu...
