just remember 15 psi is only a number that has value in reference to 5 psi or 10 psi on one set of engine components. 15 psi on a pair of old heads with old cam technology is not comparable to 15 psi on modern heads with a modern designed cam with a modern compressor wheel , the same as modern parts...
