Installing new stainless o ring wire in customer cylinder head
The wire turns out to be .046, we have SCE .041 wire in stock, we need .046 anyone know who sells this wire

I would recommend after heat cleaning & shot blasting to re torque & check mainline for size. Every block will be different

depends on the tooling
How many pilots, with a live pilot machine you will need 3 to 5 times as many pilots as a fixed or taper pilot machine

You take a 350 Olds diesel block and sonic check it's cylinders and the max bore it out and then add something like a reworked 425" engine's crank and go.. You should end up with a 425" low deck OR so-called SBO engine.. pdq67 Thats cool but try and run it as a diesel, I remember my fathe...
