Is there a carb jetting adjustment required when nitrous is used?rustbucket79 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 18, 2020 8:48 pm So I looked at 2 runs with a 540 BBC, NA and a 200ish shot of nitrous. The NA run drew 1087 CFM at peak, 957 CFM peak on the bottle. Looks to me about a 10 to 15% reduction in airflow through the carb on the bottle.

Does the carb loose some vacuum signal when the NO2 is shot into the manifold?

Re: Anti-seize on spark plugs with aluminum heads?
NGK's take on anti-seize, may not apply to other brands 1. Anti-seize NGK spark plugs feature what is known as trivalent plating. This silver- or chrome-colored finish on the threads is designed to provide corrosion resistance against moisture and chemicals. The coating also acts as a release agent ...

Kinda cool, possibly a return to the tank on some models. May help prevent vapor lock.

Just a quick follow-up. I call Pro-Cam today, they are redesigning their fuel pumps. The new ones will be available in early 2020. They are changing the lower diaphragm section from casting to billet.

Is the solution something you mix yourself or is it better to buy a premixed product?

Re: Nascar 550 hp limit ??
I would love to NASCAR go back to it's original concept. Stock cars, stock suspensions, stock motors. Ford's new pushrod seems like a good candidate. Win on Sunday, sell on Monday would return. Or just go all electric and have battery swapouts in the pits, part of the Green New Deal.

What was the warranty on a new hemi car? I heard it was only 90 days, is it true? Nice to see all the nice muscle cars on the return road. Thanks for posting.
