425 RWHP. Wonder if having the air cleaner on would have helped. Hopefully it doesn't change the tune much

Re: EFI Fuel Pressure Drop ~5psi
Well I think I figured it out. I bumped the regualator up to 60 psi and it seems like it doesn't pump fuel anymore. I can hear the pump kick on and the holely dash says 0psi and I don't hear any fuel moving I'm assuming the tube from the pump to fill plate has come apart Realized when I wired in my...

Re: EFI Fuel Pressure Drop ~5psi
The only fittings are straight fittings at the tbi and 90 at the fuel cell. The lines are 6an Teflon. Didn’t measure lines but it’s something like 14-15 for each The system goes Pump > filter > injectors > regulator > return I can retest the pump with it running. Thinking about taking out the elemen...

Re: EFI Fuel Pressure Drop ~5psi
I wired in a voltage meter before the pump, not sure if that was the correct method. I'll try to go from the battery on the terminals as well to see voltage drop. My ECU was reading 12.2 with the car off as well I thought I read on the holley forum about turning the pressure up to 60 psi if the regu...

Re: EFI Fuel Pressure Drop ~5psi
I did talk to Magnefuel, they said that the noise my regulator is making is either low flow or air in the fuel and could damage the regulator If its low flow that would make sense with the pressure drop under throttle I'm really trying to avoid taking the fill plate off at this point still, seems li...

Re: EFI Fuel Pressure Drop ~5psi
yes, I think voltage drop is my next test. I can probably just take the element out of the filter and run it for a little to test the filter. 340 - in tank pump? Sock installed correctly? Mounted so it has a sump to pull from? Where is the return line pointed at in the tank? You don't want it pointe...

EFI Fuel Pressure Drop ~5psi
I had my car remote tuned a couple weeks ago and the tuner noticed my pressure was dropping around 5 psi under throttle and that I needed to get this fixed. I've recently changed the fuel filter and added a better 8an vent to the system and still have the same issue. The pressure will drop free revi...

I have an lt1 stock eliminator cam shaft from bullet and the lobes look rectangular, thought it was something more usable for a vortec block build when I bought it

O2 sensor in collector of header
Has anyone had issues with the o2 sensor being a few inches past the merge of the tri-y in the collector? I’ve read a few things were people recommend having the sensor 12 past the collector into the exhaust but I have a slip joint connection This is an ls1 with around a 250 duration jones cam, open...

Re: LS1 Running hot
I guess it just didn't seem to level off I ran the car today without the cap today, when I revved it up water ended up shooting out of the reservoir tank on the fire wall, not sure what caused this, maybe the radiator being restrictive? I check the timing, shouldn't be going higher than 27*, which w...
