Re: Why no Ardun hemi head SBC conversion?

If you want to get deeper down the rabbit hole, how about the pushrod 4 valve Arao SBC head that never really got anywhere either. Had they actually built a quality piece and delivered, it might have gone somewhere. https://www.hotrod.com/articles/hrdp-9810-dominion-four-valve-cylinder-head-perform...

Pump E85 varies all over the place for ethanol content. I have seen 33 to 66 percent ethanol. Never saw 85 percent

Re: Ford 6.2 potential

I was referring to the fact that in a previous build they used a Yates intake which has a 4.38 bore center, the FR 9 is much closer to the 6.2

Re: Ford 6.2 potential

In the combustion chamber pic, is the spark plug closest to the exhaust valve the "lower" one?

Re: Ford 6.2 potential

Where do you get the adapters to use a carb intake? Really great engine. Now if you can figure out a way to keep the variable valve timing with a carb!

Re: EGR for fuel economy

I always thought of EGR as a way to make a engine "chemically" smaller, inert gas takes the place of oxygen so less fuel is needed
