Unless it's crazy tight, rod side clearance has no effect on the amount of oil flow through the rod journals.

PAC shows a R-391 retainer AND L-8067 locks if I understand your application correctly.

That would be steel 10 degree retainer for a 1903 spring and 10 degree locks(radius groove) for a 5/16" stem.

11/32" K-Line liner is designed for a .373" hole, the reamer they sell you is .373"
