i would say without spending over 40k on a drivetrain a realistic number would be 800whp with stock block and twin s366 or similar turbos. if a stock block is a must i would be more comfortble with 4.030x3.250 but like others said if you want 1600whp start by spending around 10-15 on a short

also could look into these i know alot of people knock eagle but for what your doing they might be a perfect fit..

check out isky 6105-SP may be a good fit. or if you wana try beehive the pac-1219 springs may work also. maby check the seat pressure make sure the springs accually have 125lb-130lb seat. what cam?

is the plan to make it rev to 7800 and be happy or make peak power at 7800 and shift at 8500ish? i think depending on what this engine is designed for your going to be looking for a much bigger head but i could be totally wrong. whats the application?

i had same issue and only use the nylon ones now. there about .070 thick and dont need to be that tight to get a good seal, they stay tight and leak free. if you crank on them they will break . i would recommend buy a bunch and replace any time it gets removed .

use the search function there are a few good threads on this casting. but i believe like melway said wack the huge guide down a bit, a good bowl blend and a quality valve job should get you 75% of the gains you would get from paying for a "full" porting job.. if that makes sence
