Re: AFR Enforcer SBC heads

wife died sept 2 causing loss of pass words and many other things. The 5.0 after about 5 pulls and a new chip to cure AFR dips made 325 hp and 355 tq I drove the car after dyno on the way home and it ran very well. Its only a street motor with mild cam and 24 lb injectors. I think the heads are fin...

Re: Indy car engine difference…

Identical engines aside the semi enclosed cockpit and mini fenders on the rear wheels really kill it for me. I miss the old days as a little kid watching it on tape delay. I loved how those cars in the later 70's looked. All the cars were different as well. Compare this to today. Rfb96e923bd8cb9833a...

Just a thought. Have you tried the regular auto parts stores? Oreilly's, Napa, Advance, AutoZone, Carquest Federated....etc in your area. I'd be willing to bet that they can source them.

Re: Deck clearance?

Didn't Steve Morris mention in that video something about cutting a trough in the head. To someone who is relatively ignorant like me that sounds like the Singh grooves that many here seemed skeptical about.

And wasn't the OP talking about a NA setup? Are boosted/turbo chambers all that relevant?

Re: Computer controlled enforcement of speed limits in the EU

JCC could you post a contract that states what you have said?. Or provide me a link? I would like to see that in writing. The only time I have ever heard of anything remotely close to what you are describing is most Humane Society's have a clause that you must spay or neuter the animal. If you don'...

Re: Building an 11 second 70's nostalgic SBC

Best to weight this car.. Its over 3600# (no A/C) It won't get in the 11's with the planned sbc and 3.73's. Mid 12's best with that. If you can get mid 12's out of it at #3800 with 3.73s / 4 speed trans (355 or 383 build) you have done a respectable job. If you will be using a SFT camshaft, yes get...

Re: Who here actually drives an EV/HYBRID?

Perhaps one of you EV experts can answer this. And please understand that I'm asking these questions without an agenda. I don't like the idea of EV's replacing ICE's but I can see where they would be useful in certain situations. One thing I don't see being talked about is the Grid. :?: Specifically...

Still waiting for video.....still waiting for the name of your "builder"........ #-o :^o Ok I gave in to curiosity and searched and read some of your older posts. Carl Hinkson is CNCBlocks correct? And you associate me with him because I referenced him or more correctly referenced his posts here on ...

You said you had a one running. Why are you not willing to post video? :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: Would do a hell of a lot more to convince folks than constantly linking back to another forum, which is all you seem capable of. Who in California is building your engine? Who is the builder you refere...

Re: Speedmaster blocks....whats the skinny on these?

Kazoom, you said you have four of these. You also mentioned you had one running in a mudbog(?) truck. Shouldn't be too hard to take some video with your cellphone of one running. Being that you are such a big supporter of them I would think you would want to do so. Short video, with proof that it's ...

Re: Speedmaster blocks....whats the skinny on these?

How about some video of those running engines Kazoom? And because I'm a doubting Thomas, I'd need to see your screen name in the video, like on a piece of paper. If you have four built running engines it shouldn't be hard to produce some video.
