I have used paint thinkers not the synthetic ones, they do a good job but there is the need to leave the carburador for a day or more if it is to dirty with gum.

Re: Why an engine makes more power off a burr finish

Re: Why an engine makes more power off a burr finish

One thing that makes sense to me and Larry M has mentioned, is this simple test: If you put fuel on top of sand paper and blow with air it will eveporote if you do this test on top of a glass it will not eveporote and it is just pushed away. In my point of view the burr finish is more related to fue...

Intercooler

The intercooler from my car had oil and even some carbon in the circuit that the air from the turbo goes through, since it is difficult to cleam my idea was to send it to be cleaned in a ultrasonic machine. When I went to pick it up to my surprise the outside of the intercooler where the air passes ...

It seems like this company is aware of the general issue. Have you ever contacted them? https://superpro.com.au/find/superpro-suspension-parts-and-poly-bushings-for-nissan-navara-1997-2014-d22-/cid-999500318 Also, if the bushings that you have tried in the past are too hard, you might look into pur...

Re: Horsepower and water temperature

In my point of view, most of the older item are built with quality but I can't say this about the items that are built today, even cars, they are computers with four wheels, nothing wrong for them to be computers the major issue they don't last and you can't repair because only the dealers have the ...

Re: Horsepower and water temperature

Once I ported the intake runners of the intakes and exhaust, just blend in the ssr and enlarge the bowl and the throat to 89% of the Valve this was on a monopoint injection system, to my surprise the engine did run better cold then when it reached the working temperature. When I took the temperature...

Re: Straight through mufflers

Have someone else drive the truck so you can evaluate the exhaust tone from outside at a distance... There is a sweet sounding exhaust , then there is is a exhaust that just pisses every one off, including you eventually.. If the exhaust terminates under the truck VS at the rear bumper it is going ...
