PM me I have a really nice low use Lunati I am not using and need a smaller one for another project, make you a swap. I appreciate the offer, but I'm going to keep my cam. I've got a new, bigger Lunati s...

Re: Edelbrock E force heads #5089
It wasn't my project but I remember it being discussed in some meetings. If I remember correctly, the issue was that the hydraulic rollers were bleeding out at high rpm and the valves were closing while the cam was still on a high velocity portion of the lobe. Re: What To Do Now 331 Ford Stroker

It's in a 68 Cougar and runs very well in that car. Thanks again for the reply and hope you are feeling better! Blake...

Re: What To Do Now 331 Ford Stroker
Well, here is the rest of the story...... got the engine all back together and broke it in @ 2200-2500 rpms for 30 min. About 10 minutes into break in the clatter started up again but we finished it as oil pressure and temp were fine. Pulled both valve covers and discovered at least two of the rocke...

We don't have an Advance Auto around here and they don't ship to our location.
We ended up order this
Free shipping so $8.41 delivered. I don't know why the link has a different price.

Okay, so now I cannot find a cup plug for this Melling M68 oil pump. I called Melling and they siad I have to buy a K68 rebuild kit which costs $30.00.

Where can I find this plug? We have checked with 3 different stores and they do not have the correct size.
