They are not available for every platform, but look into the Daido bearings that Callies sells. I have had real good luck with their sizing.

I don’t personally know vortecpro (Mark I believe), but read just about anything he says. I feel that he is a sharp dude. Look him up, you will not regret it.

I have developed a habit of leaving the break in oil for the first race. Seems to be working good for me. I am fairly sold on Mobil 1 racing 0-30 or 0-50 as required afterwards.

I ran a 331 sbc to 8800 with a stock pump. Never a bearing problem.

I have old school clearances. .003" main and .0025" rod. No problems with 0-30. This is a strip only car.

Hello RDY4WAR, I did some research on the Mobil 1 0-30 and 0-50 WT. Synthetic Track use only oils to partially compare to comparison chart you posted. Both of the fore mentioned oils have 1940 of Zinc and 1770 of Phosphorus. Kinematic Visc. @ 100 cel. 10.8 and 19.5. , Shear Visc. @ 150 Cel. appx. 3...

People say they have had good luck with Johnsons. I have not yet tried them. I have had good luck with Crowers. Multiple sets in service. Looking to buy another set soon.
