Re: I am 84 YO., and building my last SBC 400 and will be over

Fantastic to be thinking and doing it at 84 years. Much less that much horsepower. I hope I can be in a similar situation, not too far behind you in seniority 8)

Re: Vizard vs Foxwell

and PS: when is this challenge going to happen? When is the talk-off gonna happen? Or when is a cam competition going to happen? I'd say never to both. In all honesty i have never heard of either party so its neither here or there to me . The truth is there are plenty of engine competitions these d...

Not tooting his own horn like Vizzerr despite being the most accomplished engine builder in that group and even offe...

The only thing that's tricky, is calculating what the lash should be. For that, you want to send it to someone who understands cam design.
We can do it. Cost is $20

Re: Contact at comp cams

If what has happened in the past with other companies happens here, it means surely there will be no further development and simply resting your product line-up on whatever you already have. Stagnant product line will be made cheaper and some of that savings put towards re-advertising the now junk ...

Re: Compression

Assuming ....0 deck with your .040 gasket. 75cc's at .375 down comes out to 7.4 dome volume. I get 18.3:1..unless I'm missing or not reading something correctly. Thats why am asking? Re: Sbc 400 vs 415 vs 427?

Here is a copy of the dyno sheet https://flic.kr/p/2if9dPA Man, that would be perfect. Wasn’t expecting it to be that stout with only 10.3:1 comp. Great power with a conservative rpm t...
