As mentioned on previous pages going to bigger comp roller 266 - 272 @ 0.050 " Looking at the big trickflow intake manifold, I have not done proper measurements but it is 1206 felpro at the flange....

How many are you looking for? Tom Id be looking for 16. The S&S lifter limiters 33-5338 measure .115" as you already know. I assumed they were still available, now that ive looked I see everyone is showing out of stock on them. So those take about half the travel out of one of these lifters anyway....

Does anyone know of someone that sells a spacer to limit travel in a GM LS, SBC OE hydraulic roller lifter? I have used the ones S&S sells for Harleys in these lifters before, but they arent as thick as what im wanting. Looking to take most of the .200ish travel out. Please don't recommend an afterm...

I've seen this argument many times over the years. In the OP's case, assuming lobe selection was good enough to go either route. I'd go with more lobe and less ratio, at that lift rule.....especially if its flat tappet which im assuming is the case.

You install the back one from the front, then the front one from the back....using the cone. If we're on the same page here, or talking about the same tool?
