Re: Anyone design, build, and sell there there own intakes?

Have been working on a design for SBF that is looking promising and we are expecting an excellent midrange without much or any lose in lower or upper rpm compared to a normal single plane, but wont know for sure until we can get some dyno time. My question is those that have done all the work to ge...

Re: LSA test that wasn't an LSA test.

If it had peaked at 6400 that's only 474 HP, not a lot of power for a 220cc head, but I guess they weren't chasing horsepower. Show's a relatively late exhaust event is bad for power, but really if as it says the inlets 50 opening was 6 degrees before TDC for each test, then the first 4 tests were ...

Re: D V Live now.

I will say this. On my SS engine. Both Mike and Bullet were dead nuts on duration and lift. But Mike was much wider on LSA. And I think he's right. I went with Mike because we think a lot alike. However, I still want that 20 hp! :D Chad any chance you can compare them on your dyno sim program?

Re: D V Live now.

So his Cam design's work real well to come 2nd last....... Difference between winning and losing can be two events that happen 7 days and 1670km apart each other. Add 130km and you're home. Not to mention my service car is 1983 MB, but the point is i also finished the first event where i mon...

Re: D V Live now.

So his Cam design's work real well to come 2nd last....... Wouldn't you think there's more to it than that? Lots of work on the intake as shown but out of the box heads? CNC'd or otherwise from Dart, you'd think someone would get in there and massage them a little. Something doesn't seem rig...

Re: Dropping the exhaust decibels on street motor

How about these? Chambered exhaust.jpg Mufflers in this case are behind the axle so there's room between the collector and the over the axle portion for this chambered deal. That's following up on the idea of bullets (in the same location) before the traditional muffler downstream. Thoughts? Had a ...

Re: Lifter Manufactures And Who Are They

Thoughts on the Morel Lifters? I'm sure this will ruffle a few feathers but with the thousands of Morel lifters I've sold to customers, only two sets were sent back for issues. The first set was a street set and the second was a high RPM set. Turns out both were due to installation error. Link bar ...
