Aren't these of more benefit as a heat-sink then the rotation? They don't do anything as far as giving heat a place to go. They just let the valve rotate to keep the seating area of the face and valve clean of carbon and also keeps the valve from developing a hot spot by letting the face of the val...

Have a wisconsin vh4d in and the exhaust valve rotators are shot due to the top end being flooded with water. New rotators for it are pricey and i see that the VH4 variant does not use the rotators which will require me to use the taller springs and keeper retainers. Anyone have a opinion about not ...
