I'd use them as long as it wasn't an endurance application. I keep your spring pressures under 600 pounds.

EYE CANDY the only purpose I see for them is to impress people at car shows. To show off the AFR bling when the owner opens the hood and tells yea she's got over 600 HP . It will port up nicely but you got capabilities there are a lot nicer castings out there for a more economical price

Just had a recent experience with roller tip rockers (customer supplied). The engine should have turned 7000 put on the dyno hit a wall about 5400 power peaked about 4,900. Was no other obvious reasons everything appeared to be right, replaced with full roller rockers on it and I hit 6900 before it ...

If you really want the power band to be up that high you will want to cam it way up. The Victor Ram manifold really likes to rev up, if you really want it to work. And go fast(er) by that. If you select the cam timing based on the TR and spend the money on carbs with someone who knows what they are doing (@MarkWhitener) the TR will out perform everything.
