I ran that cam and bigger in my 350 in my fiebird auto trans never a problem with my power brakes.. I recomend what I know works. With a manual trans it is even less critical as manifold vacuum is higher. That 350 (with my ported 305 heads ended up in a kids Nova. No issues with PB.. Kid loved it.....

its a 247@.050" on a 108. Power brakes aint gonna work with that cam. If it was a drag car I would be all over it. Its just a therapy street car if you know what I mean.

I think Im going to go with the Holley HP 650. Should be fine. I dont see much info in the way of disaster for those without a choke.
