I was a manufacturer of the tubes. The plugs must be 1/2" x 18 with the insert tubes left in and the plugs flat on the ends to seal against the flat flange of the tube inserts.

My day job is purchasing cnc machines and designing machine changes. I get it. A small Hermle would work, maybe a mazak or a much retrofatal. And 5 axis fadal. All verticals with a rotary trunion.

Another option is to buy a CNC mill. You can buy a very nice one for much less that $150K It has the advantage of being able to make a 3D shape rather than only a revolved shape. Harley engines don't fire the cylinders in evenly spaced intervals. Due to the crankshaft design, it's not "front cylinder/rear cylinder/front cylinder/rear cylinder", it's more like "front cylinder/rear cylinder - pause - front cylinder/rear cylinder - pause". Does you software ...

The thundermax ECU neuters the efi and changes alpha n, the stock ecu, to speed density which eliminates all load based algorithms. Now 3d becomes 2d just like a carbed voes bike. Throttle position vs rpm.
