Re: Rear mounted turbo's?
I have done a few. They work fine. Size the turbos properly and you have no lag.
Build small sumps below turbo drains and return pump to front.
There is some plusses to the setup.

Re: Musi 520 BBC runs crappy at low speeds
What's your use and ultimate goal? You might just sell engine and get a cruiser style setup. Dedicated nitrous engines are built different in their wants and needs. Non being negative and have seen this play out before from people buying a dedicated nitrous engine. They like very specific things if ...

Re: Summers brother sbc distributor drive cam endplay needed
My big and small block drives had shims between bearing and the gear. I'd set them like any other roller cam.
The bearings are tapered balls from a outer wheel bearings from some 50s chevy on the sbc if I remember right.
I just sold both sets this year.

Re: fuel return to the tank
I've found on low pressure returns to blow fuel as close to tank wall up high as possible at 90° so the stream runs down the wall. I found by doing this it won't aerate fuel from the dreaded splash effect and from driveing.
Just want to add, make sure your tanks or cells have a good ground on them.

Re: Opinion on X pipe design
Oh dang, that's horrible. Somebody took the x pipe design to literal and gave you single exhaust.
Nice to hear it's fixed.

Re: 1 Gallon Fuel Cell?
At least a 2 gallon if you drive back to lanes, to small and you aerate the shit out of the fuel on the return line. I think I'm sold on going with a 2-3 gallon. For curiosity sake though, could what MiniV8 mentioned above with feeding the return between the cell and the pump reduce aeration risk? ...

Re: Vortech Supercharger enclosure. Opened up mounting pad?
I've run the precision and the spectra hats without issue. I know those blowers with the boxes are a low boost setup, so wouldn't worry to much on the hat hight. You could make a aircleaner style hat, I think it would work better than a hat. I like the dual quad idea. I've been looking into that rec...

Re: Vortech Supercharger enclosure. Opened up mounting pad?
I've never have opened up the holes, but have used a few. Shouldn't change a thing by removing IMO.
Now tuning changes suck with the box and carb will get hot. If you can run a blow thru hat, you might be happier.
