Ill "guess" yes going by my observations which are by no means controlled scientific tests so take it with a grain of salt.

Regardless of the humidity, using isooctane as a fuel, for every pound of fuel, the engine exhaust stream will contain 31.5% water. Five pounds of fuel/ hr yields 25.2 oz of water / hr. And that moisture remains in the exhaust system even aftwer the engine is shut down. Too true re the h2o content....

A short run period from cold start in a humid environment also does this. Aka "30 second run rust".
