Z06 racing slicks

I am trying to get a pair of slicks on a 2004 Z06. Will a 15 or 16 inch wheel fit over the rotor and caliper? I know I am being lazy but just thought I would check before I started digging into it.

2004 Z06 exhuast

I have a buddy with a 2004 Z06 and he wanted to do something with the exhaust. I few years ago I remember hearing something about the Z06's exhaust. Something along the lines of drilling three or so holes in the exhaust to greatly reduce back pressure. I was looking on the web and could not find any...

So simply put engines that thrive on huge air and fuel flow such as race engine or high HP engines are bogged down with the restrictions of the annular booster? The only engine that can really benefit from the annular booster are street engine with under 800hp carbs?

I was wondering the same thing. From what I have read in almost all magazines and websites, the annular boosters always come out on top. But most racers still prefer the downleg design right? Is it true the the annular booster only helps with the fuel atomization and simply kills the flow?

The Perfect carb

I kinda feel like I am cheating here but it would be awesome if this could just be a little bit easier. I have been shopping for the perfect carb for awhile. It is goingto be for a 421 scb 650+ hp mostly race that will see occasional street action. probably around 13.0:1 compression with some ported...

Im trying to get my set of track 1 heads and the brodix 4150 intake ported for my 421 sbc. Any info on either would be great. Really shooting for 600+ hp out of this motor. It is mostly going to be raced. may see occasional street action.

I was thinking about selling the 750 mighty demon and picking up an 850 mighty demon. Or is this not even worth my time? should I just cave in and spend the money on a decent race carb that flows 850 or more?

What about the valves. The 2.08's should be large enough right? As for the port work, how much should be taken out? about what cfm should I shoot for? should i port the heads then try and find a cam to match or should I find a cam and try and match the ports to it? Also any recommendations on the va...
