you have a 1 second long 10% enrichment. To give you an idea, on cars I tune with ITBs, I set up a .1-.15 second enrichment at about 5%. Your accel enrichments are gigantic IMO.

IMO, the MAP sensor is telling you that you're already at atmospheric pressure when you reach the less-than-WOT throttle position. So using a MAP based tuning strategy is good here IMO.
