Hi have some one put in steel seat rings in a 401 nailhead heads 1196914 on the exaust, does that work, how deep and how wide ?

Hi Joe i seem to have the same qustion can i mill the 462 heads 0,40 with out cut the intake side i have mesured the cc its 67cc with thin valves i hope to get too 62cc.Do u think i can do that.
