I would spring for a set of large port vortec bowties.You can get 17" of vacuum with right camshaft.

I would use 76's in primary and a 6.5pv in primarys

There are many traditional inline valve degrees.The original sb chevy was 23* inline but since 1955 the racing world has developed inline valve degrees all the way down to 9* but still inline.The current hot ticket in the dirt track sb chevy world is the 4.500 bore spacing 11* inline (but no cant).
