700 trans too much internal weight, converter to heavy wrong case for a foot brake?

I have three questions:

1. Who ground the crank?
2. Who balanced the assembly?
3. Who did the heads?

I think I have the power to run 10s @ 3200 pounds @ 500 feet elevation, I think there's a few more HP there, just need to find them, then make the carb work with that high vacuum at the hit of the throttle.

This is how I would look at it, .496 net intake lift @ the valve X .85 = .421 actual lift @ the valve running a hyd roller.
