Yeah those low lift numbers look a funky. Flowing the head at my shop it kept trying to suck the intake valve open even after stretching the spring.
Russ probably didn't catch it. The spring worked fine after .150"-.200".

the cometic are mls, the oem gasket was a steel shim

Are these laser scans or digitized information? When I make my cnc porting models it come from digitized information, and there is a bit of refining that can occur before the final skins are produced.
