Off topic, but will probably fit in here? What engine combination allows an engine to have both the Hp and T curves to continue to go up after they cross at 5252 rpm? Please list compression ratios as well as cam spec's. The reason I ask is that if not mistaken, the old L-88 engine did this? Not sur...

Imho, the closer to the stock OEM pulley ratio's that you can get, the better off you will be.

Why? Because our beloved engines were designed to be this way.

I figured one ran good, but just wondered if the 4 carbs were ever changed positions so that the barrels were over each port. If I was to get into this, I would hook up two carbs using a common butterfly shaft so that they would be in sync. down each side. Probably would simplify the linkage???? pdq67
