Changing projection on plugs

Don, I watched your plug tuning video last night, and I really enjoyed it. Good Information! You talked about moving the plug in the head by changing how the tip is projected If you are seeing differences in cylinders. Is putting the electrode in a different place in the chamber, ie. moving it out of a (rich) or wet area, so you are getting a more accurate read?(maybe the cylinder is jetted correct but the plug is giving a false reading?) I hope I made sense! Thanks for the great info!

Thanks for the nice comment. I don't know if you've seen this or not
http://webpages.charter.net/dsda/800still.jpg but it shows wet fuel running across the spark plug and I just ponder if this is effecting readings.

I don't know if I mentioned it in the video or not, but you can use projected non-projected plugs to change the real ignition point - I hear the difference is a degree or so (the projected 1' advanced)
