I've got a 2.3 Ford 4 cylinder and am looking into the possibility of installing roller cam bearings in the head. Have a few questions -
1 - Is there a source other than an industrial supply catalog? These are 45mm journals. Any particular brand or style? I've looked a little and there seems to be a few different types.
2 - What kind of press fit is required on a V8 block? Do you go a little tighter to compensate for the aluminum hole growing more than a cast iron one would?
3 - Just splash oiling?
4 - On a V8 are they pinned or otherwise locked in place? If so what's a common procedure and if not is there usually not an issue with them moving?

Re: Aluminum blocks and roller cam bearings
In my V6 AL block with roller cam bearings they are pinned in place with allen head set screws.
