Valve Springs...does stiffer

Does a stiffer valve spring make more HP?? Or... does in reduce the HP potential?? That is compared to a spring that was adaquate to begin with. This is a solid roller aplication running in the 5500-7200 rpm range.

What you want is zero intake valve bounce. Valve spring pressure can help. Too many variables to say what you need, but I'd bet most people could use more.
