Might be able to get you in the "ballpark"??
From Carter's listings it shows some .095 primary jets, .086 secondary, and some .071/.058 metering rods.
The respective part numbers are 120-395, 120-386,and 16-544. The O.E. replacement carb number from the Carter line was 4759.
If I recall correctly these were 625 CFM units?
Thanks, Gary in N.Y.
P.S. I was actually with Chrysler in the later '60's doing much of their engine work, but never really bothered to record any of these numbers at that time! Good luck!

Who cares, the gasoline is much different today and same with ignitions, the spark is hotter and the fuel isn't the same. The jetting will have to be fine tuned for todays world

I run dual carbs on my 340-using a 273 dual carb intake, the secondary jetting is leaner then when running a single carb, Edlebrock specs for its dual 600 carbs will be close and you can go from there. If they are too hard to find, call Edel teck line and tell them you are using their 600 carbs and what jets to use in the secondaries--the primaries are jetted close to a single carb--I don't know why but secondaries need to be leaned out for best power--I also removed the secondary air doors from both of my 500 Carter carbsDodge Freak wrote:Who cares, the gasoline is much different today and same with ignitions, the spark is hotter and the fuel isn't the same. THE ACTUAL CARB NUMBERS ARE 4430 AND 4431, THEY ARE FROM A 68 ROAD RUNNER.
Re: 426 HEMI STOCK AFB JETTING
I am looking at my old 1979 Carter Performance Catalog and here is what it says:
AFB -4430 Rod # 16-341 two step .0685 / .059 , Pri Jet 120-389 , Sec Jet # 120-380 , Needle & Seat # 25-860.
The other carb uses staggered jetting and rods.
AFB -4431uses Rods 16-543 two step .069 / .054 on the pump side of carb and Rod # 16-544 .0715 / .058 on the opposite side. Pri Jet # 120-389 on both. Sec Jet 120-392 on the pump side and 120-377 on the opposite side of carb. N/S is 25-860.

1970 Street hemi carb numbers
front carb AFB 4742
rear carb AFB 4745 (manual trans) or 4746 (auto trans)
no mention of jetting.
In a section further down they mention the 'rat roaster" (Edelbrock RR1, 2, and 3) manifold jetting, which used 120-401 (0.101") jets in 6 locations, and 120-383 (0.083") in the left front primary and right rear secondary locations.
