Hey folks! We do still check up on the thread here, just haven't had a lot of time lately to spark new conversations on the forum. We're short on phone salesmen but we are still very busy here in the shop. I hate to hear that you guys are having trouble contacting our warehouse. If you need anything from Erson, the first person to call should be John Hartman, who you should be able to reach at 8006417920 ext 8003 (blwilliams is right about the email address), but he is swamped, so if you have trouble getting a hold of him, please give the shop a shout. We receive email notifications when posts are made to this thread and we check our Gmail daily, so we'll make sure someone gets back to you. Cores are still a little tougher to come by than they used to be, but like everyone else, we're doing our best and we haven't slowed down a bit, so reach out to us and we'll check on it for you.
