Mopar MLS sealant

Is Mopar 04318035AA just repackaged Permatex High Tack spray or something different? In searching I've seen it referred to as being Hylomar but it doesn't seem to have the solvent evaporation action that Hylomar shows. Sure looks a lot like High Tack. Thanks

MSDS just seems to show propellants and solvents but appreciate the tip.

when it drys what color is it? Hylomar drys blue
at one time i belive Hylomar was supplying mopar..

Ive used it on hard to seal applications and it is not anything like permatex. It smells like old brake fluid to me, and it sprayed on like snot. kind of foams for a brief period, But it sure works good.
The can says it contains Soybean oil, 2 propanol, silica,castor oil,1-methoxy-2-propanaol, petroleum naptha ,propane, butane, and cellulose fiber.
Dries to a light translucent brown color.

does it say licensed by Rolls Royce?
you could compare to Halomar MSDS but there's a few

Old can and new can. Both spray red, REALLY sticky product that to me is identical to red high tack. Not brown or blue, doesn't foam either. Does like to clog the nozzle while spraying.
