if the following is a new-bye question please forgive me, but I have limited experience with Ford stuff.
-I am planning a Cleveland build for a customer.
-Already have most of the parts including heads (CHI), cam and stroker kit.
-Turns out his block is not more than .090" thickness ins ome palces BEFORE boring.

As good Cleveland blocks are hard to come by, particularly in Europe, I am looking at aftermarket blocks.

I have a problem understanding the Dart advertisment for their Iron Eagle FORD blocks with Cleveland dimensions like this one:

Will these blocks take all Cleveland parts? Like cam, heads, crank, balancer?

Reason I am asking: The front looks a lot like a Windsor....

that is correct, it would be a windsor style block with a cleveland size main tunnel and 9.200 deck..
you can use your parts to essentially build a "clevor", with obstacles of course, but not a true cleveland

Can't use the Cleveland cam....

Cleveland heads will bolt on, you will need to make provisions on the heads so that the water will flow the correct path. Will have to use a water crossover that attaches to the timing cover and allows the use of a thermostat housing.

Basically it's a 9.200" deck Windsor....so you use a Windsor cam, Windsor pan, Windsor timing cover, etc, etc. Crank (if it's an SVO crank or Cleveland crank, 2.750" mains) and balancer will interchange, use a Windsor timing set, etc.

It also uses the Windsor style oil pump. Either style of roller lifter should work in the Windsor style Dart block. About the only things that are Cleveland style are the deck height and main bearings.

at the point where I rebought all parts which do not work with the Dart block, I can buy a Titus block. Actually ordered one.

That block is a step up for sure! No problem with core shift.

Your customer's 0.090"-wall Cleveland block is about average for what you're likely to find in the U.S. after 42 years out of production. Depending on what the use is, it may work OK IF you don't bore it at all and limit the hp & rpms- eg, a 450hp-or-so street engine. Add in nitrous or any power adder, run it past 6500 for an extended length of time and the thinner cylinders balloon under compression pressures, ruining ring seal or cracking. There are some with thicker walls but they're few and expensive when you find one- most are in OZ where they were made through mid-1982. International shipping cost of a 155-lb lump of iron will be notable. Sleeving of an especially thin hole can be done but we limit such things to one sleeve on each bank. For specs on Cle-vors (1/2 Cleveland & 1/2 Windsor), it depends entirely on who made the block as to what fits or can be adapted.

Are there actually Titus blocks sitting on the shelf ready for shipment?

The company for the Titus blocks claim they can ship out in 4-6 weeks.....
