Can't get a thing by you Stan ya that's the one :D
NF 29 and NF 27
Ya I got 260/264@50 on a 106lsa from Bullet last week
I was just looking at a post by Harold
http://www.chevelles.com/forums/13-perf ... s-cam.html
But isn't it .200 duration and .50 duration to figure intensity?

Both NF27 and NF29 Adv duration is @ 0.020"

NF29 290 260 170

Major Intensity .020" duration - 0.050" duration

Minor Intensity .010" duration - 0.050" duration

Ok THANK YOU STAN
well that's sorts that out :D
The Ulyradyne is more aggressive but like I was saying before when I was reading Harold's post on how GK grinds would bounce the valve I'm not gonna get to crazy on having an exact grind just something comparable :)
And I'm a broke so I don't want the expense of a roller but 2nd phase I'll see then :?:

A bit late but here's the cam card for the crane R275/400-8 mentioned early in the thread.

How is this little project coming along?

And as I read back through the complete thread, I think that Ed Isky is still with us so you just might give him a call and bend his ear.

Another guy may be George at Clay Smith Cams?

There was another version that had a -2S on the end of that number. The later version was a 427-82S
I think I still have a catalogue with those cam numbers in them.

Yes, He has retired. I'm pretty sure a lot of us got the same E-Mail telling of his retirement. He sure gave the industry years of good service!

Thank you guys for the info guys and pdq I made some head way on my chassis :) Fromt suspension and brakes done :D
So engine is still on hold need to finish cage but I'm getting closer. I've moved and the car is buried in the garage so frustrating :? On a side note I now have a General kinetics/crane/Isky cam catalogs all from early 70's :o
One thing I thought crazy is the Z series hi-rev cams are period correct and he still has them in his catalog =D>

Yep. Chase has been retired for almost two years, I think now.

He still lurks here. Maybe he'll chime in and tell us how retirement is going!

Hi folks, yes, hung it up in January of 2016, after half a century at Crane (sounds longer that way). I have many projects to keep me busy, just have to figure out how to stop waking up at 5:30 every morning. I try to get on here about every day, so I haven't retreated into oblivion... You know where to find me (PM).... Thanks, Chase

And tearing up valve trains like there was no tomorrow too.........be careful what you're asking for with an "old" cam profile....
