V6 Chev cam tunnel specs

Post by benno318 »

I have a 4.3 V6 in my shop, in australia these were never offered so i am having trouble sourcing info on cam bearings. all my info is V8.

wanted to know if sbc cam bearings are the same - i'd really like to acid dip this block but im not removing the cam bearings til i know i can get new ones!

so, does anyone know if a V8 set will fit this V6? its approx 1993-1994 it has one piece rear main and a factory roller cam and balance shaft. parts sources claim different part number set for roller or f/t but no tunnel specs...

thanks in advance!!
