To anyone interested. I'm wrapping up some changes on this LS3 (oiling), and will be back on the dyno hopefully before the first of the year for more testing....fresh vacuum pump and oil pump. I plan on doing some cam position tests with my current cam, trying my timing curve built from last sessions data, doing a cam swap on the dyno along with ICL tests on it, maybe some oil weight testing, and possibly revisit the bigger carb thing, I couldn't really complete the carb testing last time because of lack of main jets to get the bigger carbs tuned up right.

No, just the open adapter spacer I told you about, matched to the plenum then tapered out to the larger throttle bores. I need to see some evidence of the big carb being better before I get after the manifold too hard.

Im sorry to ask.....but Ive searched....and somehow overlooked....what the compression, ring pack, and a few details like that were on your build CGT....? Could you write a very brief rundown? Its easy to get lost in 21 pages, lol.

14:1 compression
Stock crank, rods, rockers, lifters, block, heads, valves, pan, pickup, tensioner etc.
JE Assy forging 1.2 1.5 3.0 rings
CID 4.0 manifold
1050 Carb/Mark Whitener
Bullet Hydraulic cam
3/8 .080 pushrods
PSI beehives
Some epoxy work in heads. A lot of help and advice from Randy331 in the cylinder head department.
2.125 Intake 1.59 exhaust

There are quite a few details left out im sure, yould just have to read through in your leisure. Some I may have not even thought to post. The heads are offset doweled... just giving you some random details off the top of my head. If you have any specific questions ask away...

My original goal was to see what could be done using as many stock parts as possible....its making good steam(i think) now and im gonna keep trying to find more.
