Tom
the bsfc #s were about I expected, and way better than they were.
only headerz tested was his 2" ones he has for his car, and the 1 3/4 x 1 7/8 step dyno shop headerz.
Spacer helped a little.
Pan is not a good pan, just what he had.
Ran vp blue, then q16.
As far as restriction, there is always one. Every engine has a restriction.
But, restriction elimination ability is very budget dependent. :D

I see a number of sheets of information have been posted but do not see these posted.

Can you post the dyno sheets showing each of these changes so we can evaluate what you did?
Here is the data. Sorry for the poor resolution. My crayon is dull.
Now thats some technical shit,lol
I should have been more specific on the BSFC, any noticeable dips related to induction

Randy,
You ignore my post asking about BSFC.

You tell zums you will PM about BSFC.

Conspiracy Theory? Or is there really something about the BSFC data that you trying to hide? :?

Not looking to muck up y'alls thread but why not just post the actual dyno sheet that you guys would ask of others?
I understand this post is just you being a richard towards David, but if you guys are really all you claim to be then why do you have the need to attack people that are not even claiming the magic numbers that you guys claim?

Shouldn't you engines speak for themselves... Do they!?

I don't think the platform you are using is designed to fudge the numbers but for some strange reason you guys think that about eveyone, (with the exception of knightengines) for some reason, it would seem if you were looking to educate people on spotting faulty dyno sheets you would want to post dyno sheets.
Please Note!
THE ABOVE POST IN NO WAY REFLECTS THE VIEWS OF SPEED TALK OR IT'S MEMBERS AND SHOULD BE VIEWED AS ENTERTAINMENT ONLY...Thanks, The Management!

700 hp 11.1 engine- 50 pages of information on this forum :D
Exactly Steve, that one has about 375 more dyno pulls than this 383 has on it. It kinda turned into a dyno/test mule. It's still sitting here in my shop after a angle mill the heads dyno test session, but hasn't been put in anything and ran at the track yet.
Not sure where it will end up.
But, some of what we learned on it can be transfered to other engines.

Well...looking over things. Fuel flow is up and BSFC's are better and better for longer. That explains where the power came from. The 40°ignition timing was pretty much a wash from 35°....down 3 total average hp...probably a good sign. Didn't know if you had looked at that yet.

Fuel Flow up with same BSFC increased HP

Same Fuel Fflow with decreased BSFC increased HP

Unless the A/F ratio had a change, Fuel Flow up means SCFM up and VE % up.

But we will really never know because this data will never be shown to us. Will it?

BSFC dont look bad, definitely no red flags just the typical higher rpm higher number that looks like it could all be jet related, what are the asterests after pull titles, number of pulls or side notes, you should talk him out of those 2"pipes, im sure hes happy either way.

Number it pulls. When a pull is made without changing the name it’s adds and asteret after the title.
