What is the bore oversize?
The finished bore size will give the common clearance recommended by the manufacture.
That can differ by application but the only way to confirm it is to measure the pistons past the pin boss about
a 1/2' FROM THE END OF THE SKIRT.
Then do some math based on the final bore size and that will give the clearance.
An example is a 4.030 piston will measure out at 4.026 with a finished bore of 4.030 giving .004" clearance
