I just found out that at some time FAST had bought out the Crane Cams ignition products and from looking at their products it
seems so. Is the quality still up there with the old FireBall Hi-6 boxes?
I have a Crane Fireball Hi-6 box and it's been running fine for years. Just wondered if the FAST stuff was the same.
Running an old Accel Bilitech Race distributor also on my Ford Windsor 427 a carry over from my old 351W and wonder if anyone bought them out.
The distrib is still running fine and built much better that any MSD unit!

FYI, when CRANE went bankrupt, a lot of their machinery was auctioned off, so there's no telling if the parts that carry the Crane name now, are still being made the same way.

Re: Crane Cams ignition and FAST products ?
My nice, new, shiny Mallory [ owned by Holley ] 6 digital ign box is made in China. The red paint looks good! Two MSD blaster #8207 E core coils I have used, one is made in China, the other is made in the 'other' China, Mexico.....
Re: Crane Cams ignition and FAST products ?
I used some FAST ignition stuff recently on a magazine engine. Worked just fine. The ignition box appeared to be identical to the old Crane 6 box that I ran on my street car for many years.
