Kauffman MR1 Pontiac block
I've got one of these cast iron blocks in the shop to prep. Just like Dart blocks, there is no factory datum hole, they use the front of the block as a datum. I need to know the offset to the oe datum hole in order to put the bores to the blueprint. Does anyone have this info, customer is waiting to hear back from Kauffman.

I know a little more now. Kauffman uses the thrust face on #4 main as their datum, which is a good idea IMO. So now I need the distance from either thrust face to the oe datum hole. A tall order I know.
