The problem with a well designed manifold is porting it may do more harm than good. First cut is more blending and radiusing than cutting for area. For this application the area is fine.

if you are not running injectors ; if i was porting all that would be left is a memory.

I was thinking the same thing. No reason for it. I do want to take some air speed numbers in that area first. I may not be able to take it all out due to casting thickness. Thanks for the input.

Plenum work, really just a clean up. Dividers radiused stock was square or sharp edge. I changed the roof a bit it does not have the original angles cast. That may be a mistake, the original angles may be for wave reflection. I will get a pic of the original roof design. Input welcome. Thanks, Charlie

Different plenum view, It looks like each half of the manifold is nearly identical except for bungs. You can see the different shape and lengths of divider walls.
