Gen II Hemi Rod Bolts

Hey guys
I have some direction rod bolts with 12 point nuts but can't find and accurate details regarding bolt torque lube used or
stretch for them.

The part number is P4120070.
They are 7/16" but are not like the oEM bolts as they are necked down between the head and cap locating part of shank.
Heard good and bad but I ended up with 10 sets for $50 and want to use then up on resto builds if possible.

Any leads or specific details would be greatly appreciated.
