Temporary mechanical advance lockout on HEI?
I’m curious to see some of y’alls HEI advance lockout setups that aren’t permanent. I’m trying to help a guy with the tune on his car that seems to be way over cammed. Vacuum advance will be retained.

Yup remove weights and springs and zip tie the mechanic adv mechanic fully advanced. Orient zip knuckles down under so the rotor goes back on. Reset timing.
