Good Evening,
Does anyone know what the difference is in the roller rockers made for the SBC G1 twisted wedge heads such as the 1610's and their regular roller rockers.
Are they back-set and if so does anyone know how much ?
I was thinking that if they are back-set I could use them to move the roller back closer to the center of the valve stem and still get the shortest sweep possible.
Would there be any dis-advantages to using them on a regular 23 degree set of heads ?
Thanks for your help,

Have you tried the manufacture??
It may be a case that email will not get you the details you are wanting.
I find makers of parts don't share as much as when you call and chat in person.
Comp is real bad for that in my experience they don't share all the details in emailed questions.

Probably best to contact Comp Cams.

I believe they're back-set, wild guess .050. There may be angular changes also although I haven't noticed that difference.

They do work out real nice on the TW G1 heads. 'Course, those heads don't have many friends here.
