Does anyone have a 1 5/8” sbf header laying around?
I would like to get some flange ID dimensions if possible. The exhaust ports on my new heads are very square...I want to see if they will overhang into the exhaust stream.

You don't want overhang, what you want is a header inlet tube that's minimum
You can cut a man's tongue from his mouth, but that does not mean he’s a liar, it just shows that you fear the truth he might speak about you!

You don't want overhang for sure! what you want is a header inlet tube that's a minimum 1/16" bigger then the port outlet , 1/8" is even better in terms of floor reversion .
This type of port mismatch will provide anywhere from a 3 to 8% Exh flow gain from about .350" lift on up.

I wasn’t trying to achieve overhang...I was trying to avoid itmag2555 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 30, 2019 6:34 am You don't want overhang for sure! what you want is a header inlet tube that's a minimum 1/16" bigger then the port outlet , 1/8" is even better in terms of floor reversion .
