Depends on what you're going to dip it in, but it's likely OK. Besides, I don't know how you'd remove them and then reinstall without disturbing the fit/alignment.

I bought a block with em that needs dipped , wondered what I got myself into

Check with the machine shop as to what acid they use. A standard hot tank caustic acid should not bother the bronze bushes alternatively a good spraywash machine will remove most crud and that is usually an alkaline based chemical.

Caustic tank won't hurt them, may discolour a bit but that's it.

There is no need to remove bronze bearings to clean in caustic tank.

Aluminum, magnesium, babbitt, parts need to be removed.

but bronze and copper are fine.

Many engines have bronze cam bearings and pin bushings, it's done all the time.
